I’m trying to enjoy wandering around without the need for a jacket again but I have to admit I’m kinda ready for the cooler weather now & Autumn layers, it’s definitely when I feel most at home & I always get so excited about the arrival of the A\/W collections in stores.<\/p>\n I showed off this little silver necklace from ASOS on my Instagram<\/a> a few days ago, I couldn’t resist the little ‘I want out’ inscription! It’s also perfect for adding on other pendants, I have a thing for claws & teeth, and this one from Thomas Sabo<\/a> is perfect in shiny black onyx & a nice size too. <\/p>\n I was introduced Makki<\/a> and their eel skin bags & purses when I was down at Pure London<\/a> last month, as a brand they focus on ‘responsible luxury’ & are passionate about creating pieces which are both beautiful & ethical. Head designer Joanne came up with the concept whilst living in South Korea, where eel is part of the daily diet. The skins are unique, smooth & incredibly durable despite their softness, and they guarantee that all pieces created are a by-product of the wider food industry. I’d never come across or felt eel skin until recently, but it really is a gorgeous material.
