Brute Lookbook
I’m not usually a ring kind of person. I have stubby, square little fingers & inelegant looking hands, and I feel they do rings no justice at all, so I rarely wear them. That doesn’t stop me appreciating their beauty though, and I don’t think I’ve ever been so tempted by a ring as I have by these from New York based Brute.
They’re like insect exoskeletons, like the remains of little alien creatures that have crawled onto fingers & ears. They feel so organic, the way they wrap around ears & arch away from the fingers, you can almost imagine that these things were once alive. The gently oxidized silver adds to this feel, like some long lost treasure that’s been dug up, they perfectly fuse modern & ancient creating otherworldly pieces of wearable art.
