Cape

October 15th 2014 Covet

FAIIINT wishlist Oak asymmetric draped cardigan, Ax + apple crescent moon necklace, Mango cape, Shellys London lace up boots, ASOS leather backpack, Paige black edgemont jeans, Burcu Okut ice queen ring. Black & silver.

OAK Draped Cardigan / Ax + Apple Crescent Necklace / Mango Wool Cape /
Burcu Okut ‘Ice Queen’ Ring / ASOS Leather Backpack / Paige ‘Edgemont’ Jeans / Shellys London Lace up Boots

This is giving me a bit of a casual witchy vibe, and I kinda love it! I’ve been looking for a nice cape for months, and this one from Mango seems like a perfect choice, the voluminous a-line shape & hip length is perfect, wool blend and you really can’t argue with that price either. I currently have my eye on a vintage one on eBay though, so I’ll see how that goes first! I love the cape-like shape of OAK’s draped cardigan too, though for the price I’m not really sold on the material choice, I think this is something I’ll have to make a version of for myself instead.

It’s been a long time since I brought a pair of Shellys shoes, it’s a brand that reminds me of my teenage years & a few very unfortunate shoe choices too. Whilst browsing ASOS these lace up boots pretty much stopped me in my tracks & I was a little surprised to see the brand. Though I’m not super keen on the olive inners (I’d probably dye them!) they look far more expensive than they actually are & are just a bloody good pair of stompy boots & you know how much I love those!

I have been eyeing up the same cape from Mango too! love the structure and design but might go for a cape blazer :| It’s a hard decision! I bought a cape recently from Great Plains in a Wool and Cashmere blend but it’s more of a military design :) I also love the crystal ring it’s beautiful xx
