Remember my outfit from a few weeks ago when I got all excited about the fact the Meltin’ Pot jeans I was wearing were reversible? Well, this is the inside of them! Plain black & unassuming on the outside, but turn them inside out & it’s a completely different story. A lot of the other pairs available have a much more dramatic reverse, but I love that the print on these is quite subtle, letting them slot effortlessly into my wardrobe & I would wear them equally as much this way as I would the plain black side. As I mentioned before, the craftsmanship is beautiful & there is absolutely nothing to suggest that this side is technically the wrong side. They are a premium, well crafted pair of jeans which ever way you wear them, truly reversible & I think that’s quite an achievement.

The fedora is still permanently fixed to my head, it just seems to give every outfit a little extra something when I put it on, it seems to finish it off – the cherry on top, if you will & it’s a little addictive. I know a few of you asked about it last time I wore it, and they were totally sold out, but it is now back in stock & in a few different colours too – here! I’m quite tempted by the grey & the burgundy versions.

One of my favourite things to do when I’m bored is browse Etsy for jewellery, homewear & other random things. This perfect little obsidian arrowhead necklace is my latest favourite find, perfectly simple & feels like it has a bit of history too. I’ve been wearing it layered up with my lion claw necklace a lot, and now I’m craving more similar pieces so I can hang a huge cluster of claws, teeth, rocks & crystals around my neck. The one downside is that it’s incredibly sharp, so I’ve had to be careful not to wear it over any delicate fabrics. I must admit though, it does make me feel quite a bit safer wearing it whilst walking Nico alone at night!

Hehe, me too! ;) They are such pretty rocks, I love how primal they look too, especially when shaped like this. You should get one, it’s always nice to have things you can wear that remind you of special places & childhood :)

Hehe, I don’t think I have ever heard of using necklaces as safety protection! :D But I must admit the necklace looks beautiful & definitely right into your stylea alley! Good luck with finding your cluster necklaces! :)
Those pants are awesome, I have heard of reversible clothing, but these pants are by far the best reversible ones I have seen on a person!
    Great outfit! :)

You look amazing in the reverse side of these jeans Steph, they suit you so much and definitely add an extra layer to the colours and textures of your outfit. As ever, I am totally envious of your layering skills! Your necklace is beautiful, you have a great eye for handmade/unique jewellery :) xxx

Thanks Hannah! :) I think jewellery is one of those things that is so personal, so you should always seek out extra special pieces that really fit you & if they’re handmade and unique, even better! :)

Amazing outfit I love the fact the jeans are reversible I don’t normally wear jeans but getting back into wearing them and these sound perfect especially the print :) I love the necklace most as I have so many crystal pendants and love the idea of an arrow head I also like the fact its large as normally they can be pretty small because of the natural stone! I also like how you have layered the cardigan and jacket such a nice effect it almost looks like an all in one ;)

Thanks Jenny! I couldn’t recommend these jeans more, and they are so soft & stretchy they’re almost like leggings so they’re super comfortable even though they’re really tight fitting :) I really need more crystal pendants to go with this, it’s given me a craving for more!

Fantastic ensemble, I’m loving the necklace in particular. I completely understand your feeling of increased safety while wearing it. I’ve long been a fan of carrying items that could be multipurpose in that very same way.

Thankyou! It’s such a good idea, I think all girls should have something similar like this. I’m not exactly a timid or scaredy person, but the extra feeling of security is very comforting, especially at night!

That necklace is amazing! And something completely unrelated to your post; I just felt the need to let you know that you are amazing by knowing the breed of my dog – they’re very rare and no one actually ever knows about them, so I was pleasantly surprised!

I adore your necklace, I’ve bookmarked it for when I have a bit more spare cash. :) I need to buy a new fedora because mine is a little loose, I wish I could try this on first because I have quite a large head haha! I love that we have the same jeans, they’re so comfy and I really like how subtle the leopard print is. <3
